A Yen for Zen Design information by Kelli Kaufer Design

Small sterile odd shaped attic bathroom - is now a earthy asian inspired bath

I had everything removed except the tub and shower surround.

With limited space, I put in a floating vanity, love the clean lines and simple design!

Also used the floating shelves and vanity mirror from same collection.

Why rip out a entire tub/shower surround if the tiles are not damaged

get them refinished!

Tub and Shower Tile Refinishing

I had the tub and shower surround resurfaced by American Surface Restoration

I kept the tub white and had the walls finished in a different color, everything doesn't need to be sterile white!

To cover a ugly radiator I had a custom cover and shelving unit made out of bamboo to fit into a once awkward unusable space.

Beautiful floors are a black forest laminate - durable, easy to install and gorgeous!

Laminate has come a long way!

This small bathroom had only one very small window - to allow more light in, think outside the box,

I had the bifold doors removed and replaced it with a frosted panel door to allow more light into the room.

We went with the Milano wood unfinished door - we stained it to match the rest of the wood
