I designed a bathroom for Rachel and her husband Nick,
Nick was in Iraq for almost a year and Rachel wanted to surprise him with a new bathroom.
It was a great gift to design this makeover for Rachel and Nick

I blended the rustic feel of concrete with the feel of bling sophistication!

I found a company that takes recycled aluminum/metal airplanes
& turns them into indestructible metal tiles, placed on the shower walls - soooo cooool!

I custom designed the shower tiles on the back wall
along with the green vinyl on the upper half of the walls giving it personality!
To give the room a classic style I went with the white and black hexagon tile for the floor

recycled cork tile
Can't wait to show this small, very functional kitchen transformation!
A lot of 'green' innovative products, look at the
stainless console table we made with veneer!
Veneer has come a long way!!!!

YAHOOOOOO! Just finishing up shooting the last of 13 shows of "I Hate My Kitchen, just got word yesterday that DIY Network picked us up for another 13!
I love my job - can't wait to share all of my designs, bummer is, I have to wait until the show airs...

Extreme Home Edition Ed Sanders
Got to spend a little time with Ed from Extreme Home Edition in Chicago.
Show is coming back to Minnesota this summer/fall 2010 to help a family in need!

copper hand made hood
I happen to come across these incredible hand made copper hoods and countertops. I found them on my trip to Chicago at KBIS.
I am planning to put this in a kitchen I am designing for Sweat Equity.
A traditional arts and crafts style home, can't wait to get started!
Look how great it goes with the modern stainless steel appliances as well.

I found this beautiful classy antique mirror backsplash, placed with the crisp white countertop, it just sparkles!
